If you do decide to go Bankrupt or to avoid it we have a number of ways to deliver the services to you.

OUR OFFICE – You can visit our office and again we will do all the work for you including completing all paperwork.
VISIT YOU – Depending on where you live we may be able to come to your home or work and again do all the work for you including completing all paperwork.
No matter what we always complete all the paperwork for you. You don’t need the further headache of filling in form after form.
THE PRICE – The basic fee for completing all the paperwork and filing it with the Government Bankruptcy office is $495.00. You can call us for a quote and if your situation means a different fee we will explain why.
If you want to avoid bankruptcy it is impossible to give you a price without knowing the circumstances. However if you want to do a Part 9 Debt Agreement this can often be started with no up-front payment.
